Hamilton Stewart joined JHStewart in the Summer of 2007 and is currently President.
Born in April 1969, Hamilton is a lifelong resident of Greenville and a graduate
of JL Mann High School. He received his B.S. in Business from Presbyterian College
in 1992. For the next 13 years, Hamilton worked with General Air Conditioning
Services, where he ultimately became president and a co-owner. During this time,
he obtained unlimited South Carolina mechanical license. He also holds unlimited
mechanical licenses in both North Carolina and Georgia.
Hamilton is married to Leigh Stewart and has two children, a son Jamie, 11, and a daughter, McCarley, 10. They are members of Frist Presbyterian Church of Greenville. Boards/Civil Service:
Steve Hoover, as COO, will continue to focus his efforts on JoynerHoover Commercial
Property Management which he has been operating for the last several years. He
graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Cornell University, and worked
in the manufacturing industry for 15 years. Steve is a licensed real estate agent
and a licensed property manager. He has spent the last ten years in property management,
real estate investing, and developing.
Danny Joyner, as CEO of JHStewart, will continue to run Prudential Commercial
Real Estate C. Dan Joyner Co. He has worked with his family business, Prudential
C. Dan Joyner Co., REALTORS®, for more than 15 years, starting in property management
and working his way through the company by doing appraisals, insurance and residential
sales. Danny now serves as Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Commercial
where he manages 21 brokers and numerous development projects.
